Incline or flat bench first

Which do you do first? Also feel free to post chest routine in exact order thanks

i kind of do a 3 week mix for my chest. one week ill do all flat bench exercises, 2nd week all incline exercise. 3rd week a mix of the 2 previous weeks. but i always do flat bench first out of habit. randomly ill do declines as well. might finish off a week with idk, say decline db bench ss flyes
 
I like to do incline first because for a long time I didnt even do it! So it lacks in comparison. I usually do slight incline db press->incline flys-> then to flat
 
Why does no body do decline bench? This is the only way to get that big rounded full look on your lower pec muscle!

Nah bro it really isn't! Majority of today's greatest bodybuilders don't even do decline! In all honesty it's about the incline and the "3d" look that it builds to your chest. Decline isn't really necessary IMO
 
IMO hitting your pecs with angles is the way to go. I do incline first then decline. Decline is so underated and flat is so overated.

I have a four day spit where I hit chest on my second and fourth days.

Day 2- Flat Bench followed by Incline DB Presses
Day 4- Incline Bench followed by DB Flat Presses

I occasionally throw in some deep dips on there but that's it. My chest looks great.
