When doing incline presses do you guys prefer using DB's or Barbells? In the past I usually did more DB's then barbells, however I've discovered that it's much easier to cheat on DB's the barbells. I realize that DB's probabaly have a greater range of motion, but when going extremely heavy, it's very hard to keep good strict form with DB's. From now on, I'm going to use the incline barbells more than the DB's. Just wondering what you guys thought.
