Are you saying it's impossible to get to 4% then too. If he get's down to 4% I bet his fat is gone, therefore it's always possible to burn subcutaneous fat. Is it difficult? Hell yes it is.
Is lipo an easy, expensive answer? You bet.

Getting to 4% bf is for most people a VERY unrealistic goal in my opinion, unless your a professional BB, and staying at 4% for a long period of time is probably not healthy! Not saying it cant be done. And if he did get there, yes it would deff take away his 1" tire, but he would also be able to see his own liver....

Yohimburn ES can't reduce gyno. It can reduce the estrogenic fat under the nipple area which may lead to the appearence of a reduction of gyno, but....it's just the fat your losing.
