I can hardly walk again. MUST put leg workout in regularly. This Soreness SUX!

Curling...just get up of your tail and do them! NO EXCUSES!!! Don't you want to have massive legs???? That is what I think everytime I go in to do legs...about to leave for the gym right now, actually.

I know you have more guts than that...just DO IT!!!!

Thanks I have this damn summer cold and it is hard to get motivated to do anything especially legs.
 
I love working legs!

The thing is if you dive into the deep end, you end up hating and dreading leg work.

Start with ultra light weights and learn perfect form, going up in poundage by the smallest margin. Then you will learn to like it. You have to feel like your in control of the exercise and not the other way around - this is what causes many people to decrease their squatting depth over time :)
 
Perhaps you are overtraining. I only feel it if I take time off for some reason. A weekly workout shouldn't hit you that hard.
