I can hardly walk again. MUST put leg workout in regularly. This Soreness SUX!

Ok I admit I hate working legs let me back up. I don't hate working legs when I work them. I hate motivating myself to work legs. Yea that is better. I mean once I start doing them they are kinda of cool to work. But before that is hard. So I will go two or three sometimes four weeks before I will hit them again and then o boy do I pay for it. I mean I can hardly walk today from working them Sunday.

Does anybody else have my problem?
 
Well maybe you are sadistic and enjoy pain too for that matter.


i love it when i cant walk properly for a couple days after legs day..that way i know i did it right:)

If you train them once EVERY week then you should'nt get as sore as you are getting.

I know. It is just hard motivating yourself to do them on a weekly basis. I mean if anything comes up it is an excuse to blow off legs for that week. But I am trying.
 
To motivate myself I think about having a huge upper body and then having girlie legs. I want to be a beast in all ways possible. My leg workout consists of extensions, curls, squats, front squats, presses, lunges, and deds, of course calves too. Well the only soreness I get is maybe a little weakness, no real pain or nothing, it feels real good the next day when yer relaxing and ya go to get up and it reminds ya of how hard ya had to work for that soreness. I love legs, lol. Get yer lazy ass out once a week and do legs, lol, good luck bro.
