I am New. Hello all

Hello ladies,

I can't tell you how pleased I am to be a part of your community.

A little info about me. I am in my late twenties. Sports and working out have been a very important part of my life. As I began getting older, my career to first priority and my workout schedule suffered...and I gained 47 pounds !!! I am at a point in my life where my career is now very secure and I am now commited to getting back in shape.

I am currently working out everyday and I am also incorporating T3 and clen....

My first question ....(and I don't expect it to be answered right away...I understand that I am a newbie) . I have reading up a whole lot on anavar and I believe that this will also be beneficial to my goal of achieving strenght and muscle. I am about 1 to 2 months away from wanting to commence anavar.

Also, can anyone recommend the appropriate cycle for such a drug. frequency and lenght of time I should stay on it.

I plan on becoming an active member of this board and I hoping that I will along the way form some friendships.

Welcome to the boards:) Sit back and read.....changing your body is going to take time! Patience is very important...You are headed in the right direction. No magic pills.....takes hard work..and consistency. As far as Anavar...do some research and make sure you are aware of all sides of the coin! get to know everyone here....from your questions stated you are very knew to the game.
 
I hope that I misunderstood when you said that you are using T3.......T3 is VERY CATABOLIC - sure it will help your body burn fat...but IT WILL METABOLIZE MUSLCE AS WELL!!!!!

ONE SHOULD NEVER, EVER take T3 unless one is also taking some sort of anabolic to help spare lean mass!

Seeing as how you are admittedly new to this, I can understand your fervor and the "wanting it now". A very dear friend once said to me."You women, ALWAYS WANT IT NOW!.....You have to slow down and take it one day at a time." (Although we were talking about something other than fitness, I believe that that Fucker was correct and it applies here as well. tee-hee)

Slow down, take a deep breath and become educated.

Try not to put your goals under the heading of "losing weight", but more towards firming up, losing fat and FEELING UNSTOPPABLE!......only one way I know of to do this:

BUILD MASS
 
Clen is not A/S so I don't know if it would do.....

Experts, please clarify.

I was always told that if taking T3 one must ALWAYS use some type of A/S.

in all the fuss about what you're currently doing, no one addressed what you're asking about... first thing... asking questions like that are no nos around here... you're liable to get yourself scammed.. i'd edit that one if i was you...

as for the specifics of an cycle, there are lots of information and reading to be done... dosages/length of cycles ect can really vary depending on the person and the goals... there is a belief around these boards that women can benefit from long, low dose cycles as opposed to the typical short, high dose male cycle...

you'd have to give us a lot of information (diet/training/stats) b4 we can help you reach your goals...

sounds like you have the right idea, just be careful...

Welcome Aboard! :) Your going to be frying your muscles with T3 and Clen, I would tapper off of that T3 real easily if I were you and then talk to us and see what we can do. It doesn't sound like you need anything like that right now, just to get a real solid workout routine and to get a feeding regimen set. :)
 
Howdy...
I'm with everyone else on this one....as a beginner (I am too, since January) there isn't ANY supplement or drug that is going to give you an advantage over what your body is capable of doing naturally at this point, with a solid diet, training and recovery schedule. Make the decision to use later, if you will, when your body might need the extra edge.
