5x5 barbell rows
3x8-10 deads
3x8-10 weighted pullups or lat pulldowns
4x6-10 shrugs (move up in weight each set)

most of you will probably wanna tell me to do deads 5x5, but i just started doing them a few weeks ago (no flames please, i realized i was a fool for not doing them). anyway, i wanna get the form perfected before i start goin heavy for sets of 5. so will this work until i have the form down and can swicth deads and bbell rows? anything i should add in or change, feel free to let me know.

I would do deads first. It is a compound exercise and you don't want to take a chance of pre-exhaustion on anything. Other than that as long as you are keeping good form you should be alright. Of course as you progress your DL workouts will change.

like i said....as soon as i get the form down, deads will be first for 5x5 followed by barbell rows for 3x8-10

i do upright rows on shoulder day.....i used a wider grip though to target my delts and traps....instead of using traps and uppper back....

looks good to me....i would keep the rows first, because when i have done deads first, my lower back is so exhausted I find it hard to keep good form with the rows....
