Bag work for cardio? I know sprinting is better for burning fat and holding on to muscle than distance running and elipticals are great also but I don't have an eliptical machine at the gym I go to, and running sprints on the treadmill kills my knees.
I love doing bag work high impact for say 2 min with a break and then back at it again for another 2 min. Kicking, punching, knees, elbows, so basically using alot of muscles.
