right now im bulking, but when next week starts i want to get in shape.
im currently on a 4000 cal bulk.
im not exactly shure how to do it.
ill anyhow start on 3500 cals, doing like 40 % protein 40 carbs and 20 in fat.
good idea?
but where il go from that i dont know, so if anyone could give give sugggestions that would be awesome.
