Listen to Mak here, he helped me tremendously with my last photoshoot. I have started carbing up the day before a shoot and still ended up being flat. The idea of using sweet potatoes for carbing up is not going to do anything. I dont know how much time you have left before your shoot, but you will definately be flat from your carb deplete if done correctly, and the only way to benefit from carb depleting/loading is to make sure you do both correctly or you will end up being very disappointed in your results. If you dont have enough time to do it correctly and you feel that you look good right now, then just keep your diet the same until the shoot and dont even mess around with the carb manipulation.
