How to carb up and peak correctly.Need help for photoshoot monday morning.

Ok I am going to carb deplete for 2 days and then I figure I will carb up by eating some sweet potatoes like 2 hours before the photo shoot?The shoot is at 7:30 am on monday.Will this make my muscles full for the shoot or will I miss the peak.

It takes anywhere from 36-96 hours to carb load fully. And that's if you know how to do it. Your plan won't do anything.
 
what if he were to use something like ultrafuel along witha little slin? that's if he were just wanting to do it for that day before. what do ya think?

Slin helps with loading correctly, but it's going to take more than that. I have athletes start carbing up 72 hours prior to the show using slin with specific types of carbs. Anyone that's done a show can tell you that eating some carbs the morning of, even with slin, won't result in a full physique. The guys that try that are the ones that always say "I looked so much better a couple days after the show". Of course. After the show they ate tons of carbs.

Listen to Mak here, he helped me tremendously with my last photoshoot. I have started carbing up the day before a shoot and still ended up being flat. The idea of using sweet potatoes for carbing up is not going to do anything. I dont know how much time you have left before your shoot, but you will definately be flat from your carb deplete if done correctly, and the only way to benefit from carb depleting/loading is to make sure you do both correctly or you will end up being very disappointed in your results. If you dont have enough time to do it correctly and you feel that you look good right now, then just keep your diet the same until the shoot and dont even mess around with the carb manipulation.

Thanx a lot every one I was going to get a big surprise come monday lol.I guess Ill just keep it the same I only depleted carbs for 2 days so should be fine.So I should deplete for like 4-5 days then load for 3 days before the shoot next time?I mean I look good enough for the shoot right now at around 9% bf its just a beach swim trunk type shoot so no biggie just wanted to start doing this so I can time it right for stuff were I have to look more muscular.K going around.

Machine is right. Just cruise into the shoot at this point. Yes, next time you'll want to deplete for 4 days and then load.
