I am currently bulking so I need to eat alot of eggs in order to get some quality protein. Lately I am getting sick of eating eggs, I tried all kind of ways to proccess it. boiled fried everything. So I decided to try something new. DRINKING COOKED EGGS. It is fast.
I know this sounds sick, but it taste fine actually and I can down 5 -6 eggs. What I tried is I lightly fry an egg on a frying pan (takes 1 minutes ) and then dump it in the blender with milk and drink it all up! I get good protein and amino acids cause the eggs are cooked and no risk of food poisoning and it actually tastes okay.
How does that sounds? Any bad complications comes from doing that or is it ok?
