How much E-HCL

Alright I will try that. Does taking 25mg as opposed to 12.5 mg or 8 a lot weaker, or does it just last for a shorter period? ALso about how long does it last?

25 mg is just twice as "strong" as 12.5mg but it does not last any longer

5 mg yohimbine if u so wish also(very potent though with eph)

judging u are asking some basic eca questions, please take the time to read up on the subject so you do things properly and in a effective manner
 
i love ephedrine... i get so dependent on it though... =\

do what desman said 25:200:100 E/C/A and an optional 5-15mg yohimbine hcl... u could start off with 16mg ephedrine... then try 24mg the next day if you have the 8mg kind...

sometimes i do 25:400:100 when i need an extra boost... never go above 33~mg ephedrine though.... things might get scary.... and thus I readily boost caffine before ephedrine due to the implications of abusing the latter...

i also try to only take it EOD... because of the whole tolerance/depedance issue...
 
Will I become dependent taking it for 21 days straight? Also does anyone know about how much extra fat your burn per hour from EC? I am trying to estimate how many calories I am burning a day to see what BF% I will be at in 3 weeks. I figure, I lift 30 minutes-1 hour minutes 4 days a week, cardio I am doing every day, rotating between 45 min of medium pace jog (about 50-60% intensity), and 25-30 min HIIT (1 minute 90% effort, and 1.5-2 minute 50% intensity). I also am eating at 500 caloric deficit a day. Also I am using yohimburn buring either the cardio, or the lifting. For cardio I have either been riding a stationary bike, or running on a treadmill. Yesterday the 45 minute ride told me I burnt on average 380 calories, but I feel it definitely had to be more then that, and thats why I am wondering babout all this.
 
well i think its nearly impossible to accurately predict what your bodyfat is going to be in 3 weeks (probably not that much less) let alone how many calories you were in deficit for, for the day...

i think a good eca stack might raise the BMR from somewhere between 2%-5% if that helps..

I would say after a months straight use you will feel really tired and lathargic for a few days afterwards, atleast i did. The feeling really sucks but it will subside. Try drinking some coffee or take tabs and it will help keeping energy up. All in all though i find the few shitty days after a good go with eca is something i can deal with
 
well I am at 9.5% BF (15.5 LBs fat) . If I am losing about 2lbs of fat per week, I have 3 weeks remaining, and hardly any water left in my body, so I assume that I should be losing mostly fat during this time which could be about 6 lbs, which would mean I would be around 6.5% BF, but maybe I am wrong.
