Will I become dependent taking it for 21 days straight? Also does anyone know about how much extra fat your burn per hour from EC? I am trying to estimate how many calories I am burning a day to see what BF% I will be at in 3 weeks. I figure, I lift 30 minutes-1 hour minutes 4 days a week, cardio I am doing every day, rotating between 45 min of medium pace jog (about 50-60% intensity), and 25-30 min HIIT (1 minute 90% effort, and 1.5-2 minute 50% intensity). I also am eating at 500 caloric deficit a day. Also I am using yohimburn buring either the cardio, or the lifting. For cardio I have either been riding a stationary bike, or running on a treadmill. Yesterday the 45 minute ride told me I burnt on average 380 calories, but I feel it definitely had to be more then that, and thats why I am wondering babout all this.
