How many peoples diets slipped drastically over xmas?

Mine did.

I ate my usual protein filled diet plus all the treats involved with Christmas. Ate a shitload of salted peanuts as well. So damn good.

I'm hoping my cheat time for the year will benefit gains for the new year :mix:

Heavy cardio session tomorrow me thinks......
 
eh mine definitely did..it was the holidays so i was intending on eating whatever I felt like. I did keep it in moderation, though.

cheating keeps you sane
 
It's not the meal that got me... it's the appetizers and the finger food. if I ate one, I ate fifty.

man oh man.
 
Not me...I was pretty damn clean...but now this week and next week is all out......whatever doesnt move.......it's the winter......I can cut with the best of them.

Same here. Grandma's cookies, Ham, bread, excessive eggs, bacon, more cookies, random assortments of chocolate.

But back to normal now. I went from 226.5 at beginning of cut, got down to 220, Christmas brought me to 226 again. lol. Oh well, at least Christmas didn't bring me from 226.5 to 231!

I ate really bad. Saturday was my cheat day. They ordered pizza at work for those of us who came in. I ate like 10 slices. That night the wife and I hit a buffet, and post workout that evening I hit burger king and got a couple whoppers. On Christmas Day I had a couple slices of pie and some other junk with my food and ate Jack in the Box on the way back to Houston. Anywho, I thought I would have gained weight, but surprisingly I weighed 224 last week, and was 223 on the same scale last night. Then again my diet other than my usualy once a week cheat day is extremely clean.
