how many of you under 10% BF guys were ever overweight

Just a note here. I am not genetically predisposed for low body fat. Everyone in my family, with the exception of my younger brother, is seriously obese. I have had to have damn near a perfect diet, fairly low carbs, and tons of cardio to see any sort of positive impact on my physique. Which really sucks right now, as I am on a consulting trip in Germany, where the beer, würst, bread and chocolate are oh so good! Having to pass on most of those things has really pissed me off! But, i do have a goal.....

I like your cycle. How long are you doing each of those? Have you run this cycle before? What was the progress? What is your opinion on the GH?

gh- third month going for 12 ramped from 1 1/2 iu up to current 4 ius where i will stay

anavar in 8th week will go three more

adex on 3 weeks with the test will go to 10 weeks

was on 30mcg armour thyriod for 8 weeks just switched to ECA

extremely hard and strong some BF loss and some vascularity starting -i was watching diet but just started to get real strict and do cardio 45 minutes on empty stomach first thing in morning 6 days a week -treadmill incline 7 speed 3.9

Great observation.
Most ppl under 10% are skinny, lean, svelt, w/e you want to call it.
Look at the history of many pro bodybuilders. They were track runners in HS. Skinny kids who took GH and aas. It's hard to be over 200 and be under 10% BF.
 
While not there yet (below 10%), that is exactly my goal. I was a super-fat-fuck at 265lbs & 39% BF... It has taken me 8 months to go down 60lbs (95%+ of that is fat lost). I am down to 205 @ 23%... (still fat, I know, but better... I look human again) I have done this solely with diet, training and mad-ass cardio....

I have a thread with pictures where I have kept my monthly updates.

my sub-10% bf% goal is still this year, so we'll see.
 
my bodyfat used to always be over 10 % .a couple of years ago i was at 272 and around 16 % but for the past 2 years i have stayed under 10 and right now im at my best at 5.3 %.it just takes a lot of time hard work and patients.i was one of those bb that like to go heavy in the offseason but i dont see the point in that now.5.3 % at 213 is a lot better for me now than 16 % at 272.
 
Although I have a naturally high metabolism and was always very active athletically, I also have a voracious appetite. My friends are always amazed how much I can eat. We'll go out to dinner and they'll just be like "What the fuck??". I just laugh. Anyway when I was around 18-19 my bf was quite high. I never had it tested...I was on a "permanent bulking cycle"... ;) . I always trained though, but I was just eating whatever I wanted and a lot of it. Finally my brother said "hey bro, you're big, but you're fat". So I learned all about dieting and the rest is history.

Dude that is pretty much with me right now!!! I always been doing bulk since I graduated high school yeah I look big and all right now 250 with 16% body fat but I want to look nasty veins, I guess I would start doing a cutter!!!. This is the problem with me everytime I start to cut down I loose strength and I hate it!!!! so next time I would do a cutting cycle so I wont have to loose strength and get leaner

Sidenote, I ran into her while my woman and I were shopping at IKEA, she didn't recognize me. :supercool

Sorry you had to have THAT motivation, glad it worked tho. You are an inspiration
