I'm on a slow bulk, at 6% bf, and trying to keep it low
This is my school day...I'm trying to fix it up a little but its hard due to my schedule, and timing.
7:30am - 5 egg whites, 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup oats
10:30am- MHP MRP (add 1/2 scoop egg white or whey powder)
1pm- 2 slices ezekial bread, 1 can tuna, 1/4 cup dry oats (lol kinda funny)
4:20pm- get home (is this ok to wait soo long?) I have 1 scoop whey, 1 cup skim, and 1 cup oats this is my pre workout shake
5:30pm-workout
then the rest of the my diet as follows...
I'm usually pretty damn hungry on the way home from school
