How is this, what can I fix?

I'm on a slow bulk, at 6% bf, and trying to keep it low :)

This is my school day...I'm trying to fix it up a little but its hard due to my schedule, and timing.

7:30am - 5 egg whites, 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup oats
10:30am- MHP MRP (add 1/2 scoop egg white or whey powder)
1pm- 2 slices ezekial bread, 1 can tuna, 1/4 cup dry oats (lol kinda funny)
4:20pm- get home (is this ok to wait soo long?) I have 1 scoop whey, 1 cup skim, and 1 cup oats this is my pre workout shake
5:30pm-workout

then the rest of the my diet as follows...

I'm usually pretty damn hungry on the way home from school :(
 
6%? I guess it's possible but everyone I've ever seen who claimed under 9% turned out to be wrong. 6% is insane.
 
6% is crazy... i'm skeptical...but keeping bodyfat low on a clean bulk can be done.

google "michaelandkendraelias calculator" Elias their last name..spelling may be off...but you should be able to find it. - it's a cutting and bulking calculator (you will use bulking) :)

Plug in your stats once you find it. and choose the total calories you'll be aiming for.

use www.fitday.com to track your intake to make sure you're eating enough.

Your food choices are pretty good..seems very low though...but that depends on your body weight.

Plus you didn't type the rest of your daily intake after your workout.

You're bulking you say???? Where is all the food? This looks like youre cutting...
 
All I know is that to bulk up you can't do it at 6%. You need to have the calories and 3100 is on the low side. When I bulk I'm at 4000-6000 a day. Yes, I said 6000 and it sucks because all you do is eat, lift and sleep, but you put on the weight.

From what you have listed, I don't see how you could put on any real weight. Just my opinion.
