How Does This Shake Sound......

.....How does my post workout shake sound?? Keep in mind I am currently "cutting".

2 scoops of Optimum Protein Mix (total 40g protein)
1 whole bannana
2 tspns of natural peanut butter
1/2 cup of dry oats
2 ice cubes

I slam this down immediatley when I get home from the gym. Then in about another 30-45mins I eat 2 chicken breasts with a big salad. I'm starting to learn more about diet, as I feel it is the one aspect of bb that is holding me back a little. Any input at all is appreciated.
 
I think it is best to keep it all liquid, just stick with dextrose/whey, then you can have oats for the meal with some protein. No need to have the fat.
 
If you are cutting then that's WAY off.

Keep it simple carb/isolate, and in the right amounts to avoid spill-over before the common 2nd pwo meal. (solid variety)

Thanks for the input guys. I'll drop the pb and stick with the rest.

Since knowledge of nutrtion is my weakness, I'm going to post my diet for you guys/gals to rip apart in a new thread.
