Just curious what everyone else does their supps and amounts
I wake up take over 5 g creatine with oj
Pre workout I take a compound with added beta alanine
During work out bcaa 5g
Post work out 50 to 75 g protein depending on how intense work out was
Then I usually have another bcaa drink some time in the day
Half our before bed zma 25g protein with some chicken or beef
