I often eat a breakfast of 70g carbs, 50g protein and about 20g fat. About one hour later I go to the gym. It's often said to avoid fat before the workout and after as the bloodsugar will go up with the fast carbs postworkout and with this you will get an insulin peak. I´do not eat fat post workout but will the fat before the workout make me store more fat than if I didn'ät eat fat before the workout..???
