I'm 5'10", 176, my chest measures 41", waist 32", biceps 14.25", thigh 20", and calf 17". I'm 15 and have been lifting for about a year and a half now. I was previously obese as a child so even if it's not great I'm happy to be out of that category and pretty fit. My 1Rm max for bench is 200, and 1Rm squat 315.
