2 scoops protein *chocolate*
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 spoonful peanut butter
1 cup pasturized eggwhites or eggbeaters
blend with ice till smoothy consistence....
i just make porridge with the oats and into the porridge i add some egg whites, protein powder(vannilla flavour generally), milk and sometimes cottage cheese.
Porridge is normally lumpy so you cant really taste the lumps of cottage cheese although i am guilty of adding quite a bit of sugar on it when im eating it.
At least this is a warm meal for those really cold winter mornings.
