Holy Shit! SSAlexSS Overtraining is totally messing me up.

Ever since I did my overtraining I can't seem to get a decent workout with my bi's. I keep adding weight and I can't feel it, it's like I am not lifting anything at all. Sure, there's a point where I can't lift it anymore, but even then I can't feel it. Usually I am screaming from pain trying to get my last set up, now it's like "eh". I hope this doesn't effect my growth. I am fucking up my joints adding so much weight trying to get a decent workout. I've had 4 lift days with my bi's so far and each time it's the same thing.

Side note: Because I no longer feel pain in my bi's when lifting, I am able to lift a hell of alot more than I use to. I guess that is a good thing, but it still sucks! If I can't feel the pain, then it's like I did all that lifting for nothing.
 
Now I've heard everything. I can't believe someone is complaining that they are too strong. I hope this isn't a ploy to get people to do SSAlexSS's routine.
 
I couldn't give a shit about strength. I am just trying to build mass. Now I have to use a ton of weight more, and still it's not working. It's just fucking up my joints. I can feel bar curls burning my forearms, but not doing shit for my bi's. Concentration curls are more of an areobic excersize than a lift.
 
Yeh, don't get carried away with moving heavy weight alone, just try:

12-10-8 alternate dumbell curls
12-10-8 one arm scott dumbell curls
12-10-8 lying cable curl to head

To these after training BACK. While some people complain they can't move serious weight, this works very well, because you are not trying to do 5-6 heavy reps cheating barbell curls, but instead focus on a few sets of more specific biceps isolating exercises with slightly higher reps, that allow to fully exhaust them after training back.

Doing biceps after back you can keep volume low. also the exercises chosen focus on keeping the elbow in a fixed position, to really attack the biceps without need for heavy weight.

concentration curls are aerobic so they require more oxygen to perform than say preacher curls ? that is so incorrect, who told you that SSAlexSS ?
