Ever since I did my overtraining I can't seem to get a decent workout with my bi's. I keep adding weight and I can't feel it, it's like I am not lifting anything at all. Sure, there's a point where I can't lift it anymore, but even then I can't feel it. Usually I am screaming from pain trying to get my last set up, now it's like "eh". I hope this doesn't effect my growth. I am fucking up my joints adding so much weight trying to get a decent workout. I've had 4 lift days with my bi's so far and each time it's the same thing.
Side note: Because I no longer feel pain in my bi's when lifting, I am able to lift a hell of alot more than I use to. I guess that is a good thing, but it still sucks! If I can't feel the pain, then it's like I did all that lifting for nothing.
