Ever since I did my overtraining I can't seem to get a decent workout with my bi's. I keep adding weight and I can't feel it, it's like I am not lifting anything at all. Sure, there's a point where I can't lift it anymore, but even then I can't feel it. Usually I am screaming from pain trying to get my last set up, now it's like "eh". I hope this doesn't effect my growth. I am fucking up my joints adding so much weight trying to get a decent workout. I've had 4 lift days with my bi's so far and each time it's the same thing.

Side note: Because I no longer feel pain in my bi's when lifting, I am able to lift a hell of alot more than I use to. I guess that is a good thing, but it still sucks! If I can't feel the pain, then it's like I did all that lifting for nothing.

You cant feel your bis? Thats great , you dont have to feel pain while you do your curls! Like an instant morphine shot there! Dorian Yates would be greatly enhanced if he could not feel the painb.

btw, do you have any visual abnormalities of your veins on your biceps.

P.S. To everyone. Dont insult my program.. It entitled to do 100 sets, not 250 sets as this dude did. Its his fault for twisting
the program. Dont blame Charles Poliquin. Blame Advaik's twisted interpretation.

ALEX you will always be an idot in my opinion..... If you can't feel pain while working out either you severly pinched a nerve or you have basically damaged your golgi apparatus...

Why do these guys think pain is the limiting factor in lifting? So when things hurt, you stop doing them?

Thats your own fault for not knowing how to lift.

How much weight are you lifting? If you're now curling the 100lb dbs with no problem, than this is interesting. If you've moved from the pink rubber ones to the blue rubber ones(like I think you may have), then this is stupid.

Pain is a sign when damage is going to occur or has occured. I don't me lactic acid burn you feel in the muscle, i mean severe tearing of muscle fiber and ligaments and tendons. There is a diference in being hurt and sore than being injured....

People who call other people names, usually have that themselves.

Did i say that (about pinched nerve or golgi apparatus)>??? No.
What the hell? I just tried to help him get over this 'feeling'. You rush into anything just to call someone else idiot.

I thgink you are the idiot here since instead of trying to help other people you just rush into name calling, shows us all what kind of chracter you are. And I thought that drugs dont affect your mind... my bad.

you did 250 sets if my memory serves me well. a 2.5 difference.

Tell the truth!

Tell the whole truth, you got so strong that you no longer feel that weight because you muscle used to do much more.

Congrats on your amazing gains!

Congrtats on your progress! Lift more weight and you'll definately feel it. Damn I wish I gained so much strength. But I only did 102 sets not 250. Advaik next time I'll beat your 250 sets.

Lets all draw our conclussions. It doesnt matter how 'stupid' or 'dumb' the program is. If it works it works. If you want to just tone up, do what everyone else is doing - they arent growing , follow them. If you want to build bigger muscles quicker, do what everyone ISNT DOING. it takes lots of effort to go agains the tide, but it surely pays off. The choice is yours!
