Holy Shit! SSAlexSS Overtraining is totally messing me up.

LMAO... God I'm glad SSAlexSS is back in action... I find it amusing that the world holds such idoits!

As Far as the "pain" comments... When i lift, I ignore the pain... I lift until my muscles won't lift the weight anymore... it has nothing to do with the pain I feel... that's just a side-effect!!!

Also... has anyone considered the catabolic effects of lifting for so long you're able to do 250, or even 100 sets of arms... your body HAS to be eating muscle for energy by that point!!!

Oh.... SSAlexSS I liked the fact that you said you're going for "strength" not Cosmetics... b/c... aren't you a "Bodybuilder"???
So isn't that what Bodybuilding is all about???
Also, if you're still only curly 30-40lbs... doesn't sound like you're play for going for strength is working very well!

But keep writing in pal, I can always use a good laugh!!!!!

I can use a good laugh myself too at all idiots who cant read. Look in the mirror if you want to see one.

Did I say I do strength only training? NO. It is just that some people are better at one things, yet do something else.


Dumbdie, read in to what I say, carefully, please. 100 sets is definately not for strength. So I am not a strength lifter, since I follow hypertrophic type of routines. Duh....



Also , curl and bench isnt functional strength exercise, ask any expert (real one). You can be weak at either of those two but be exceptionally strong in real lifts.


Everyone, disregard this 65 post poster. He is just knew and still learning the ways of training...

Just out of interest, how do you knowhe is new to training?? Perhaps he is only new to this board. Ever heard of a guy called Ed Coan.....one of the greatest powerliters ever? Well he posts on Goheavy.com......although only rarely. So is he a newbie in your books too???

I was one who asked to see your pics in the past......how about you post them and show us how you have benefitted from your hypertrophy routines.

Lastly, what do you consider a 'real lift'?......and what would you do to train for a 'real lift'??
