well 435 for 1 rep
always been good at curls some just have it like at the age of 16 i could curl 135 for rep around 4 i think....know i can do 225 for 3 clean reps and could pull off 2 cheat reps and could do one more so that would be 3 cheat reps but the third cheat rep would be weird looking so i dont do it much...(and i dont do 225 most i go to is 215 sometimes wrist hurts and have to warm up for a longgggg time and dont have much time to do that sometimes)...but 225 it is.......and after my "ultrastrenght" cycle i well be over the weight i just told you on my bench and curls and other lifts....and you have to be the "GAME" and be "THAT DAMN GOOD" to do this cycle.......
