Here are my stats/ Any sugestions? Please help

5'11 180lbs
Lifting 6 days a week + cardio
1 Meal:
6 egg whites=24grams protien
2 can tuna=74grams protien
5 oz chiken breast or turkey
1 serving brown rice or wheat bread
( FIRST 3 MEALS )

1 Meal:
10-12oz chicken breast or turkey
Steamed veggys
( LAST 2 or 3 MEALS )

I'm taking in well over 300 grams of protien a day and only consuming brown rice or wheat bread as carbs ( fiber).
WHAT SHOULD I START ( cycle ) OF WITH???????
Want to stay lean!!!!!!
