I was a baseball pitcher, and creatine helped me put that extra juice on my ball to hit 90 mph in high school. A fucked elbow stopped my career, but creatine is a great supplement.
NO2 or something is great, ut depending on what position you play. That is, during season i would not recomend taking it. Having your muscles pump up tight is not what you want during the middle of a game.
As a drummer as well, NO2 screwed me up. my wrists would tighten too much and all my finess would go to crap A-AKG supps.
Stick to the protein, glut and creatine like said. Best of all, eat lots.
