Anyway, like IronLion said, lay off the heavy pressing movements. You're gonna screw up your rotators for sure, sooner or later. Maybe you should check out Cornholio's old school 3 day program. Modify it some to fit your needs though. Which means, no heavy benching, military presses, etc.
