First of all, how did you measure your bf? Just asking b/c I got one of those bodyfat electronic scales for christmas and it says that I am 27% bf right now. I had my bf done w/ calipers 4 days ago and it came out 16-20% (18 +/- 2%). Now I'm still considered a fatass compared to many on this board but I've had people guess I was 10-12% by looking. ALso it's possible to have a larger % of inter-muscle fat rather than the fat under your skin being high. That being said, your goals are your goals and do what you can to achieve them. From my point of view your plan looks pretty good. 16 weeks is a long cycle so you may want to throw hcg in at weeks 6 and again at wk 12.
