Are you for real? DNP is NOTHING like ECA or T3, they aren't even CLOSE to being able to be compared. DNP is EXTREMELY dangerous and potentially LETHAL......be pretty hard to kill yourself on ECA.

Ignorant and narrow minded? Sir, i beg you to rethink that statement.

This is the 2nd post of yours today that says "dnp, dnp, dnp" -- are you trying to fucking kill the guy?

He's extremely overweight and probably has never followed a strict diet/cardio routine. DNP isn't a magic answer nor is it safe.
 
First of all, how did you measure your bf? Just asking b/c I got one of those bodyfat electronic scales for christmas and it says that I am 27% bf right now. I had my bf done w/ calipers 4 days ago and it came out 16-20% (18 +/- 2%). Now I'm still considered a fatass compared to many on this board but I've had people guess I was 10-12% by looking. ALso it's possible to have a larger % of inter-muscle fat rather than the fat under your skin being high. That being said, your goals are your goals and do what you can to achieve them. From my point of view your plan looks pretty good. 16 weeks is a long cycle so you may want to throw hcg in at weeks 6 and again at wk 12. Good luck and remember to rely on the mirror, not a scale or abstract bf%.
 
Thaks for the replies all. I've posted this on three other boards so you might have read it before. Most recommended that I lose the fat before hitting the EQ and a few said go ahead with what I have outlined. I think I am going to try low carbs for four weeks and make up my mind depending on the results. The reason why the kcals are so high is because the diet is a ziz zag type diet which supposedly was made to gain LBM while losing BFM for mr. and mrs. couch-potato. The idea behind it is that you eat 2calories per pound of LBM above your maintenance level for 4-5 days and to eat 2calories per pound of LBM below your maintenance level for the remainder of the 2-3 days. That sounds worth a try dont you think? This is the formula that they used to figuer out your maintenance:

1xbodyweight (in kg) x 24 = XYZ

XYZ x BF% = ZYX

ZYX x average daily activities = maintenance level

They gave you figures for the BF% and the average daily activities.

Opinons on this type of diet?
 
A disco bodybuilder is someone that works out strictly for looks, the type of guy that wants to stay shredded(skinny) all year round and does not want mass. Also they look for quick fix miracle drugs to take all the work out of the art of body sculpting!
