I put on about 2 1/2 inches on my calves in about a year. Now I have hit a wall. I have worked them consistently but have had no growth in the last 6 mos. I pretty much work them whenever they aren't sore which works out to be every third or fourth day. I do about 9 sets of 10-15 reps with a strip set for the final set. I do standing then seated and finish standing with my toes pointed in to get the outer muscle. What should i do now. What has worked for you?
