im on the diet and i was wondering if redi whip light is ok 2 have at nicght as a snack with my sugar free jello..will it stop the fat burning process it only haas less than 1 gram of carbs for 2 tbs and thats all o use..will this stop me from acheivein abs even if it just has a lil suagr in the ingredients..less than 1 gram? its less than 2 carbs but has sugar in it ,,(a lil amount) i dunno can u guys help? i want abs to be visible a lil..i dont really eat alot of carbs all day i keep it below 30..you think just becasue it has sugar in the ingredients less than 1 gram of sugar for 2 tbs wont do anything right? i think u need more than 4 sugar grams..any suggestions? i just wanna kno if that will stop me from getting abs if i dont eat any carbs(besides veggies) all day??is heavy cream better? its more fat though,...is that the good fat?
