Healthy Snacks?

All very good ideas. But if you're trying to cut, as someone mentioned earlier, stay away from the snacks and just keep eating whole foods. If you're bulking and you need snacks, then you're just not eating enough lol
 
I believe the best snack foods are typically nuts (almonds, cashews, filberts, macadamias, peanuts), cottage cheese (you can toss in a small apple or small carrot sticks or celery if you like), eggs (or egg whites if you're watching your cholesterol), oatmeal or other fiber/multi-grain cereals, potatoes and vegetables. Protein bars are excellent too. Tip: if you shop at a place like Costco you can buy most of this stuff in mass quantities and save a lot of money. Save the money for your protein supplements. That's what I do.
 
You're cutting bro, no snacks. In fact you don't get to enjoy anything while you're cutting, stop watching movies too, you're having too much fun.

Have sex for fun, its also a calorie free snack.
 
I don't know where you can get this, but I get it from Nutrition house ( Canada) It's called Flax Snax.. and they have a lot of Low carb stuff that you can use, but make sure you avoid the crap with all the sugar alcohols (Chemicals)... Most of it is stuff with 14Grams of Carbs , and like 12 Grams Fiber, so really 2 grams of carbs..

I Love the Flax Snax Strawberry Hot Cereal ... Add hot boiling water, and some Stevia and your good.. If you like you can also put in a spoonful of heavy cream.. or I like it even with Coconut Oil but been doing research and not sure if it's good to have coconut oil on CKD..

Second choice, I always do this on CKD at night , if I can add them in or it's a none workout day...
PROTEIN BROWNIES!
2 Scoops of Protein
2 TBPS of ANPB or Almond Butter
Water
Mix & Microwave for 1:00 to 1:30 ... Let stand for 2 mins and enjoy
Also , you can do Vanilla Protein and Almond butter, water , mix it and just put in freezer for 20 mins.. Tastes like butterscotch pudding.. and no need to microwave
this sounds great and you dont have a bunch of advertisements below your post telling us to take that stuff so thats a +1 ...finally something that i can use from this website little things like this is why i check this site out.....someone who is at a advanced level cant get 100% proper help for aas/weight lifting help from someone over the internet but for this thanx bro never thought of that !!!
