I don't know where you can get this, but I get it from Nutrition house ( Canada) It's called Flax Snax.. and they have a lot of Low carb stuff that you can use, but make sure you avoid the crap with all the sugar alcohols (Chemicals)... Most of it is stuff with 14Grams of Carbs , and like 12 Grams Fiber, so really 2 grams of carbs..
I Love the Flax Snax Strawberry Hot Cereal ... Add hot boiling water, and some Stevia and your good.. If you like you can also put in a spoonful of heavy cream.. or I like it even with Coconut Oil but been doing research and not sure if it's good to have coconut oil on CKD..

Second choice, I always do this on CKD at night , if I can add them in or it's a none workout day...

2 Scoops of Protein
2 TBPS of ANPB or Almond Butter
Water
Mix & Microwave for 1:00 to 1:30 ... Let stand for 2 mins and enjoy
Also , you can do Vanilla Protein and Almond butter, water , mix it and just put in freezer for 20 mins.. Tastes like butterscotch pudding.. and no need to microwave
