Healthy Snacks?

im on a high protein high fat lower carb diet trying to keep and gain a little musclt whiel dropping some bf. i have a pretty good meal plan set up but my problem comes to snacks, what can i have? i have been eatinf nuts as a snakc and protein shakes but im tired of nuts! also like a snack at night after diner while watching a movie or sometihng
any ideas?
 
I don't know where you can get this, but I get it from Nutrition house ( Canada) It's called Flax Snax.. and they have a lot of Low carb stuff that you can use, but make sure you avoid the crap with all the sugar alcohols (Chemicals)... Most of it is stuff with 14Grams of Carbs , and like 12 Grams Fiber, so really 2 grams of carbs..

I Love the Flax Snax Strawberry Hot Cereal ... Add hot boiling water, and some Stevia and your good.. If you like you can also put in a spoonful of heavy cream.. or I like it even with Coconut Oil but been doing research and not sure if it's good to have coconut oil on CKD..

Second choice, I always do this on CKD at night , if I can add them in or it's a none workout day...
PROTEIN BROWNIES!
2 Scoops of Protein
2 TBPS of ANPB or Almond Butter
Water
Mix & Microwave for 1:00 to 1:30 ... Let stand for 2 mins and enjoy
Also , you can do Vanilla Protein and Almond butter, water , mix it and just put in freezer for 20 mins.. Tastes like butterscotch pudding.. and no need to microwave
 
Depending on what you do for a living and your access to refrig and or a microwave can make it harder or easier.

5% Cottage cheese is easy.
Cambells makes some High protein soup(beef barley, etc)
Beef jerky rocks(if sodium isnt a problem)
There is always a can of Tuna and fork :)
 
some cashews are always good.. maybe not the best when cutting if you take it late on the day.. I usually take some during the day to get some energy

I'm going to try that, sounds sooooooooo good!
 
Almonds, Macadamia nuts, Hard/Medium/Soft Boiled Eggs, Freeze dried fruit/veggies, berries and greek yogurt, fiber one cereal with almonds and vanilla protein instead of milk, veggies, whole vegetable chips, home made sweet potato fries, mixed green salad, better protein bars, psyllium husk pancakes
 
Deviled eggs:
But instead of mixing the yolks with just mayo. Use cottage cheese and 2 tsps of miraclewhip in a blender and add yolks. I swear you can't tell the difference. More protein.
Also if you cut the eggs in half , instead of lengthwise you can put them back in the egg carton for easier fridge storage.
