1st thing, I was bigger years ago a way I was just getting size back that I already had. Just prior to the cycle I was 180lbs at around 8-9%, I got up to 208 but am holding at 205lbs right now, not sure where bf% is now. I shot the sust every 3 days(500mg/week) for 8 weeks, also used dbol at the beginning and end of the cycle.
Diet I aim for 6-7 servings of protein per day, 3-4 small meals and 2-3 whey shakes. The only thing I really changed diet wise when I started the cycle was to start drinking 1 1/2 bags of skim milk per day for the extra protein.
