GW and Diet s1

This is what I'm thinking, broscience for sure tho. Since GW "switches" our bodies preferred energy source to fat wouldn't consuming less fat result in more stored fat being used for energy? Or does it not work that.
Or since if I'm doing keto, my body is already releasing stored fat for energy after using the dietary fat, and the GW multiplies this

I've had clients run cardarine (GW) with the evolutionary diet (ketogenic) with great results and with a high protein/moderate or low fat with great results. Cardarine is so versatile, it's amazing. The results come with all types of diets.

Preciate all the help fellas. I'll probably run moderate carbs/Loe to moderate fats/High protein.
When I ran the keto, the fat stripped away however my muscles did look a lil flat, until refeed day and the following lol they were as full as can be!!

I'll run above and comment which worked best.

Its the refeeding part that makes it mentally difficult for me to go back into the keto diet...feels too good eating all those carbs on refeed. Im gonna give it another shot though.

Yup, post-refeed is one of the hardest parts of the diet, but it's going to be worth it long-term.

Im running the Evo Diet right now with great results. I agree, that the day after the refeed is the toughtest... matter of fact, I cave in some cases. But I'm having some really great results with it. Eating carbs just makes me blow up so quickly.

When I eat high fat, I look extremely dry. Im currently running about 1500 calories a day, and I still continue to put on muscle mass and cut.. It's great!

The only reason I am so low on calories(being 228lbs) is because I want to really drop BF and get into single digits... and since Im running a few goodies, things are looking great with zero muscle loss.

IMO , which is nothing new , just focus your carbs first thing in the morning or whenever you wake up from your sleeping fast , and then pre- and post- workout , and I think your calories seem a bit low for your stats but 1750 calories will def yield fat loss but you won't build any muscle with those calories and you'll be pushing it to not lose muscle at 225 grams of protien daily especially if your doing cardio 4-5 times a week , but I do agree that what's worked for you before is where I would start , I personally have never been a fan of high fat diets but that's also because my body never responds well to high fat and I've never had a problem building muscle on a very low fat diet , but hey to each his own ;)

Injifuel is right.....you should be better off tapering your way down to the single digits by going into a calorie deficit of 500 to 800 calories from maintenance. You'll get to single digits and will still look muscularly big.
