Okay, I have a question on this topic. I started working out (again) about two months ago and went right into the cutting phase as I have always wanted a 6 pack. Two months ago, I couldn't even imagine seeing my abs. I had 18% body fat. Well, two months later I can count to six on them for the first time in my life and it is clear that I will be able to pull off an 8 pack. They are looking pretty good when flexed, but I still have some flub on my lower abs. I have also put on a bit of muscle. (bonus)
The gym took my BF% when I started. I bought a BF scale the other day. Stepped on it expecting to see about 14 - 15 tops. Guess what? 18! I thought WTF? Stepped on it 20 times since. 18. When I come out of the shower. 17. I just got back from the gym and stepped on it. 16.
I don't know what to think.
