DC is tough if you miss a day. Saying that, I missed Monday (bank holiday here) so did Bi / Fore / Legs yesterday and have the other workout tonight.
Don’t be afraid to wait til tomorrow if you will do a better job, but if not, make sure you get seriously psyched up (and coffee or Redbull or an ephedrine based product is gunna help)!!
power naps are actually very healthy and extremely rejuvinating. I would follow that advice. Dont sleep for more than 30 minutes though or you will fall into a deep sleep and it will screw you up.
I just had half a plate of pasta for lunch. Gonna save the other half for another hour or two. Drinking a can of Coke, for a little caffeine. Will probably have coffee soon. When I get home, I'll see if I can squeeze in a little nap.

just kidding. i hardley ever get sleep, not as near as much as i need. i usually get 5.5 hours a night. not good for growth, but im border line insomniac.

I have some of my best workouts under adverse conditions, my mind focuses harder when I feel tired or sick or whatever...but there is also no sense in pushing to the limit if you are still exhausted during the workout, that is aking for an injury
I'm awake right now, feeling pretty good. I'm finishing up my pasta, I have a nice hazelnut cappucino ready to drink, and I'm thinking about the gym tonight.
