I have been lifting pretty serious for the past 6 years and although I have made tremendous gains, I feel that if I understood diet and the role it plays in bb a little more the sky would be the limit. Don't get me wrong I'm not a total novice when it comes to nutrition, but at the same time, I know that diet is the number one variable in bb, and there is alweays room for more knowledge. Basically I'm asking if any of you can recommend a good book on diet and nutrition and how it corresponds with bodybuilding.
