yesterday i had a rest day..no cardio, not even a walk. i uped my carbs..eating heaps of fruit, vegies, yoghurt and a vanialla icecream ( my favourite). I havent done that in ages, and today at gym i did legs, abs and cradio..and went heavier on everything..and felt awsome after!
highly recommend it - does wonders for the ego.
 
i have just started my diet to get lean,on it for about 3weeks,not yet cheated......when i see a lil more changes i will eat some chinese:) :)
 
im also cutting, you dont have to go all out, but if you're on a really carb restrictive diet during the week, 1-2 week cheat days are necessary for gains in the gym
