yesterday i had a rest day..no cardio, not even a walk. i uped my carbs..eating heaps of fruit, vegies, yoghurt and a vanialla icecream ( my favourite). I havent done that in ages, and today at gym i did legs, abs and cradio..and went heavier on everything..and felt awsome after!
