Going To The Food Store, Ideas...?

Alright I have to go to the food store and everytime this happens all week long I know what I need for my diet (curently still bulking cause I decided to try to keep my gains for a bit before cutting)

anyhow so far I have:
almonds
Olive Oil
ANPB
Tuna
Avocado
Eggs
wheat bread
Spinach
Broccli
Chicken Breast

I dont know why I space all the good shit then get home go awh fuck! I forgot like 20 things!

What should be on my list bros? Hook it up!
 
oh PS I already have like rice, oat meal, noodles and stuff for my carb loading

I need good healthy ideas for prot and vits with none of the trans or saturated etc.

quick clairfication also, I know what to do with them all and when to eat them and how to utalize them to it's full potential not looking for a lock on a diet that I can do.

Just throw some food ideas at me.

cottage cheese
I always get beens
salmon, and other fish or shell fish. its always cool to spoil yourself on some shrimp or lobster some time in the week and its good for you.

Lean Beef come on bro throw some in there its not going to kill you. A nice slab of lean steak during the week is good for you and keeps you happy with your diet.

Get some damn spices lol

Oh yeah I'm all about the beef, I am not afraid to put on to gain like most. Shrimp is great for you all about it but lobster is a little heavy on my wallett when I'm spending all my cash on gear and supps along with 4 time the amount of food a normal person eats haha!

Beans another good call I prolly would have forgot thoes as well.

All were added to my list, haha yeah spices make everything nice!

I go through the same thing you do. If I don't make a list, I come home and after putting everything away, I am like, where the hell is this? Shoot, I forgot it! Do you eat sweet potatos? Maybe next week grab some lean ground turkey or chicken and make some turkey chile. If you need a recipe, I have several. Needtoo always has great recipes as well. Depending on where you live, you can get some great seafood that is not expensive. Shrimp is good, lobster is great, but pricey, and don't forget about scallops. Very high protein and low carb/low fat. I like to mix in blueberrys in my cottege cheese. I know, it is a big carb/sugar source, but 10 or 15 blueberrys mixed in is very tastey. I think the health benefits of blueberrys out weighs the carb/sugar count. Everything in moderation. Have fun shopping!

Cool thanks bro, I added some scallops to my list, I never really get them or eat them but why not!

Sweet potatos yeah I see a lot of people eatting them, you asked if I eat them bro I'd eat a foot if it had good nutritional value hahaha I eat for pure fuel not really pleasure often. What are they just low on the Index or whats a good time to utalize them to their full potential?

Yeah the cottage cheese I am good with eatting alone, but maybe in the future if I get uppity :p
