Going to College! Need EASY ways to up Protein Intake ASAP!

cottage cheese with pineapple slicess.... 45 grams of protein per lb.. plus a whole lotta aminos in there as well... cottage cheese is like the best thing you can ingest..
 
i always keep a 500gram box of Protec at my side, when i use the computer, i scoop some into my mouth and chew it up once every five minutes or so.

when i sleep, i keep the box next to my bed, and if i should wake up at any point of the night, i always remember to scoop some down then too.

i know this sounds freaky, but this is my version of time released proteine. and it tastes good too!

tip: if you wanna try this, dont use a 100% whey based powder, it'll taste like flour in the mouth, use a whey\caseine combo or pure caseine.
 
Yeah i had same problem in college
Some one mentioned beef jerky which is excellentsource of protien plus no fat and carbs in it( depends wat kind u get)
-Tuna out the can is easy to keep in the fridge
-fat free milk( i know oo much sugar but so is all the beer u gonna drink:) )
And Plenty of Protein bars and drinks
