i always keep a 500gram box of Protec at my side, when i use the computer, i scoop some into my mouth and chew it up once every five minutes or so.
when i sleep, i keep the box next to my bed, and if i should wake up at any point of the night, i always remember to scoop some down then too.
i know this sounds freaky, but this is my version of time released proteine. and it tastes good too!
tip: if you wanna try this, dont use a 100% whey based powder, it'll taste like flour in the mouth, use a whey\caseine combo or pure caseine.
