I am thinking about getting some more supplemnts as well so please give me some ideas. Thanks

Please give me some advice, I can use the help. Also do you think it can be done?

I think it is possible to lose that much "weight"...but in general, we are dedicated to losing fat only...trying to preserve as much muscle as possible while dieting.

To be honest, unless you do something extremely unhealthy, I don't think your goal is achievable. You may surprise me or get other answers on this forum...but I think you should get a solid diet plan and let it come off the right way.

Best of luck to ya bro.

He is doing something extremely unhealthy. 500mg DNP as supplementation??? Might as well drink napalm.

Seriously ZenX, unless you are very experienced with DNP and know exactly what you are doing, that is too much and will probably kill you.

DNP is extremely dangerous and I encourage you not to use it at all. If you insist on using it, please at least read this and reconsider your dosage:

May 1st is in one month, not two.
lol I knew I wasnt the only one that saw that.On the other hand 500mg of DNP could probably make him lose 230 lbs in a months time, meaning he will be underground.DNP is nothing to be fugged with, take it from an experience user, that has ran a few cycles of it and has ran it as long as a whole month. That shit is no joke,it can and will hurt you badly if you make the slightest mistake,I also would recomend you to start off with 200 mgs for the first 4-5 days and wait till it builds up in your system before going up to 400mg.

It can be done, but its not healthy

Its best to stay around 1-2lbs a week of fat loss to keep yourself healthy and not lose too much muscle mass. Whats your training history like? Have you lifted weights before?

I would definetly suggest forgetting about the DNP as this type of situation is what leads to very bad things happening. The human body isnt meant to meant to go through such drastic changes and doing so can leave both internal and external problems. Get your diet and workouts in order and dont think about shortcuts at this point.

I would also suggest switching up your workout routine, but that would depend upon your history.

2,4-Dinitrophenol

What exactly is DNP?

...2,4-di-nitrophenol (DNP), is a yellow solid with no smell. It is used in making dyes, wood preservatives, explosives, insect control substances, and other chemicals, and as a photographic developer. DNP was used in the 1930s in diet pills, since it promotes the metabolizing of carbohydrates and fats, the patient losing the energy as heat and causing dramatic weight loss over a relatively short time. However, there were concerns about carcinogenic mutations, as well as the risk of overdose leading to severe health risk and death, and this use was discontinued.

Its suspected for the following:
Cardiovascular or Blood Toxicant
Developmental Toxicant
Gastrointestinal or Liver Toxicant
Neurotoxicant
Reproductive Toxicant
Skin or Sense Organ Toxicant

I certainly wouldnt call it a "supplement"

It is an uncoupler,it breaks the chain wich puts nutrients into the cell mitocondria. It actually dosent allow the cells to get the nutrients you eat.It raises your body temperature and makes you sweat like a pig even in 50 degree weather. It can cook your internal organs from the inside out also.People on this board have actually died from it.
