go hungry untill next meal? or eat junk?

for example I packed roast beef and potatoes in my cooler...left the house forgot it ate honey buns at work for my 3 pm meal (only thing around)

would you guys have skipped the meal at 3 and waited untill 6pm to get better food...

or would you guys have also eaten the garbage food also just to have something in your stomach?

na bro you dont get the question NOTHING AROUND BUT HONEY BUNS OR JUNK.,,,
say someone threw out all your food at work by accident..

you get to work and its 12 you eat lunch then relize all your stuff is gone and it time for your 3pm snack... you cant get outta work and the only thing their to eat is honey buns that some one brought in from home....

your hungry your getting light headed....you need to eat but that all ...

do you skip on the sugar and fat,,,, and wait untill 6 pm or do you eat what is available...

every thing in the what you ate is worthless calls.might as well fast and drink water like omega said.
 
its the unhealthly fats, sodium, and other variuos "garbage" that really are hurtfull especially while on.
 
Make sure you have extra fruit/protein bars/veggies at work. Make sure that the next time there is nothing around but honey buns. If there isn't, drink a ton of water, usually takes away the hunger pains and eat as soon as you get home.

I agree,,,if its junk,,,dont eat it.
 
ok, I may get heat for this... but if the guy is otherwise always / usually eating clean, then one cheat snack or meal isn't going to destroy him... unless he's dieting down for a competition or something.... in fact, I think alot of people have one or two cheat meals per week, on weekends, while otherwise eating clean.

I'm not saying make a habit of it, but if you did it once, don't sweat it - it won't ruin you

well ya if he was going to count this as his cheat day then yes it ant that bad. :) good point.
 
Its better to miss a workout then to miss a meal.

I gotta agree with this... I'd rather eat a little junk than go without necessary calories, unless of course, you're cutting. I ate junk all the time when bulking, just to get my calories up, and grew like a weed. I know it wasn't the best thing for me, but you do what ya gotta do sometimes...
 
Fast?? lol screw that what the hell could a hunny bun possibly to do you? not eating at all is like the worst thing you can do
 
It depends on your goals.
Mine are to gain strength and size, so eating junk is way better than not eating at all.
