Nice numbers man, jealous of the squat
. I took a week break from the strength and squatted 140~ (heaviest I've done, bones in feet always too weak to train legs till now
So you're helping drive me to keep on this haha.
Side note man.. How're you going with fat gain? I'm like 2 weeks behind you and Ive just hit 220lbs. Obviously fat gain, but arms, legs and such are filling muscle wise. (22lbs in 4+ weeks :S) only eating around 3k ish calories lol.
