Yeah bro it is an excellent choice for the 5x5. Once you get about halfway in that program you are getting quite a bit s stress on all of your joints. I would also highly recommend a packet of plain gelatine in your shakes, gr8 for cartelige.

What do you think about doing a shot of 200 deca to help with joints (say week 1.4.7) would there be a benefit or just end up making shut down worse

Not a good idea imo, would have your blood levels all over the place. If you want to run a therapeutic dose of deca stick with 200mg 2x/week

Noticed a decrease in strength today. Tried to put up 140 and 135 on the ohp and just couldn't get it, and I put up 135 farely easily last week:mad:. Also on the DL was gonna hit the 10x3 but just didn't have it, couldn't pull 330 then dropped it to 315 and struggled with that so just dropped it to 265 and did my 5x5. This goes to show how powerfull anadrol is, and also how quick you start to lose strength after stopping it. I mean within days I noticed a decrease in strength. Needless to say I won't be using A-bombs again

When I was looking at deca, my max dose was 200mg per week haha, I just thought for a joint benefit as it's a real long ester. Cheers anyways :)

Hahahaha big difference then! All good man :p I'll save the deca for next cycle.. Just my joints (usually have aching joints and such) are quite bad at the moment, pumping the fish oil and joint supps and it's not doing too much haha.

With your workout today, (what's anadrol.? Sorry) had an off day or ate differently? Or you thinking you need to deload? I've been looking at the program again and it says you peak then have to drop down a bit to blast back through

anadrol in an oral that I used to kickstart cycle

it may have just been an off day, I don't need to deload I have a ways before I'll need to do that. I just didn't go above and beyond today like I have been, not a bad workout by anymeans but the first time I really felt fatigued lol. I didn't take my n2kts either, gonna give it a week off. I think it's a combo of coming off anadrol and not taking my 2 scoops n2kts.

Ahk, yeah was going to ask if you didn't take pre workout or something haha. Will be good to see if you level out on Friday though without the pre!
 
basics, if you wanna run a theraputic dose of deca, what I use is 125mg/week and it does its job just fine.
junkie some of that might be mental too bro. You know you just came off the drol....anyway not a bad workout by any means bro. You will be back by Fri or Mon, no prob bro!

rest day and a good thing cause I didn't feel like doin sh1t today lol. Feeling very lazy right now and could have easily just stayed in be all day.....not good, hopefully I feel a little more energetice tomorrow
