gear legit, not kicking in whats up ????

I am taking 500mg of Schering Testoviron. I am on week 3 at the moment, and i have gone up from 245lbs, to about 250, i don't know if its the crank at the moment or wether i am eating more. But i wanted to know as far as strength increase, i have not yet notice that much. Any ideas when it really starts to kick in, and also recovery is much much better, i notice right after i work out and take a cold shower, i am ready to workout again after a few hours, although i don't as i don't wanna overtrain but i sometimes do a different body part in the evening hours as i get bored sitting at home.

Diet is like this

300 plus of protein

500 plus of carbs

4000 plus calories,



would it be possible to gain about 20lbs from this cycle.

What exactly are you expecting? Sounds like it's kicking in to me. Give it another week or two and the effects will be more pronounced. If this is your first cycle, you could get 20lbs out of it, sounds like you're already pretty big though. I'd bump the calories up to 5,000 plus, protein to 400 plus.

I am using the Spanish Schering Testovirons, i have full faith in my source, who sells to like 50 percent of the juicers at my gym.

I will bump calories to over 5000

and protein to over 400grams, and keep the carbs at around 5-600grams

i will be starting EFA's by udo's oil as well.


i am into powerlifting

current lifts

bench 275 for single
squat 475 for single
dead lift 475 for single

all done naturally up to now.
