GAME'S Pre-contest UPDATE

Ok, just thought I'd give an update on my progress thus far for my June show. Finishing up week 5 of dieting this week. Here are the stats:

Starting:
Weight 215 (empty stomach morning)
Bodyfat 15%

Current:
Weight N/A
Bodyfat tested in at 9%

I've got 15 weeks to go to get to 3-4% bodyfat. I'm not weighing myself through the whole dieting process to avoid the mental stress of weightloss. Instead I've decided to take measurements everyweek to keep track of any potential muscle loss.

6% in 6 weeks! That's a lot of bro. Hopefully you didn't lose any muscle. Now comes the hard part. Getting from 9 to 4. Good luck!

Yeah, they measured in at 9% with calipers but I think I'm about 10%. But nonetheless it's still 5-6% in 5 weeks. I haven't lost any muscle thus far. Been doing measurements bi-weekly on all areas. Arms, forearms, chest, legs, etc... No muscle loss yet. Thank God :)
