Four weeks of fury! 6-Mdrol log

I'm with ya on going to the gym and feeling like crap. Those have been some of my best workouts on those days. And there's nothing like the feeling of after the workout is over and your glad you went, and you feel unstoppable haha. Good job man!!! Keep it up

Thanks bro! Yeah its definitely a good feeling, I wasn't really looking forward to the workout at all (which is very unusual) but I'd have missed out on a personal best with GVT on dips if I hadn't gone...

Day 26!

Deadlifts; warm up set 3reps@310, I put 490 on the bar, going for a 1RM... got it about four inches off the ground but that was all.... I gave it about ten mins, had a bit of a word with myself and tried again but to no avail...

It goes to show how much of a mystery the body can be, I felt much better today than yesterday, but yesterday I put in a performance that was much better than expected and today was worse than what I expected...

Its all about what you can do on the day... Anyway after burning myself out on those two attempts, a final set of 7reps@405 was enough to finish me off for the day... I was pissed off 490 didn't come up but at least my back now knows I expect more from it....

Diet;

8am 60g oats cooked in water, whey shake and green tea

10am 3 eggs in a wholewheat pitta with brown sauce and green tea

11am 2 bananas and green tea

12.15-12.30 workout, shake with 25g whey 75g dextrose

1.30 1 pepperami and a 250ml energy drink

3.30 chicken salad with beetroot, tomato and garlic and herb dressing

4.30-6.30 slept, was wrecked from the past few nights poor sleep and my workout today

7.30 2 eggs in a wholewheat pitta with red sauce

9pm 1 large chicken breast, small potato and broccoli

12 300g cottage cheese and three teaspoons cod liver oil

Overall not feeling as bad today, only a few days left, having trouble deciding what to do next, while I could comfortably stay 'on' some sort of AAS or PH for another ten weeks, theres some work coming up in a few weeks that if I get it I'll not have time to train properly, considering running beastdrol or something similar for four weeks...

Shoulders and biceps,

Gironda pull-ups, two sets to failure
Front dumbbell raise, four sets 12reps@25 12reps@30 12reps@35 6reps@35
Upright barbell delt row, three sets 12reps@70 12reps@90 4reps@110
Seated cable twist, two sets 8reps@15 6reps@25
Bench barbell curls, two sets 8reps@45, 7reps@70
Standing cable curls, three sets 8reps@110 8reps@120 8reps@130

Diet;

9.00am 60g oats cooked in water, whey shake

12.00 3 eggs in a wholewheat pitta with brown sauce and green tea

12.30 1 banana

1pm-2pm workout, post workout shake 25g whey 75g dextrose

3.30pm 1 bowl stew (potato beef carrots and onions)

6.30pm 1 large chicken breast and a load of sprouts

10pm 1 large chicken breast with beetroot tomato and garlic and herb dressing

11pm 300g low fat cottage cheese three teaspoons cod liver oil

Another day at ~300g carbs, I haven't been aiming for a particular number, just trying to remain fuelled around my workouts then tapering off for the rest of the day, but this seems to be about where I'm ending up.... tomorrow will be a rest day so my plan is to cut carbs further back then maybe eat like hell on tuesday, to get glycogen stores filled and boost my metabolism...
 
Day 28!

Rest day,

Diet;

8am whey protein shake and green tea

11.30am 3 eggs in a wholewheat pitta with brown sauce

3.30pm chicken in a wholewheat pitta with garlic and herb dressing

6.30pm one large chicken breast one corn on the cob

9pm chicken 2 boiled eggs and a load of tomatoes with garlic and herb dressing

11.30pm 300g low fat cottage cheese three teaspoons cod liver oil

Tightest days dieting yet, just under 100g carbs here, was fairly active through the day probably walked a good few miles, last day on 6-Mdrol tomorrow, I'm looking forward to my workout and hoping to get in a heavy days eating....

Cheers Rick! One thing I hate about getting cut is the flat look, no pump whatsoever, however within a few hours of carbing up today it all went back to normal...

Day 29! Last day of 6-Mdrol, I had five caps remaining so took them all today...

10am 100g oats cooked in water with one banana and whey shake

11.30am tuna and beetroot s/w on granary bread

12.30pm 2 bananas 1 orange 100g trimmed bacon in a granary sub

1.30-3pm workout, post workout shake 25g whey 75g dextrose

5pm 100g glucose jellies 2 whey shakes

7pm 1 large chicken breast with potatoes and 200g baked beans

8.30pm 3 packets potato chips

9pm 2 eggs in a wholewheat pitta with red sauce

11pm 500ml tub of ice cream

My workout was incredible today and my diet went exactly as I'd hoped...
 
Looking good man. Ice cream sounds awesome right now lol
