forget cutting!

just a lil vent ..

for the past 2 weeks or so, ive been slowly coming off a hardcore bulk. i wasn't near my goal of 230, but my close friends began to tell me that my stomach was getting too big. so being an idiot, i incorporated sprints into my workout, and cut some calories.

well fuck that! if i need to put up with a lil baby fat around my abs for a few months, then so be it. im going back to what a lot of guys here call SWAINING, until i get to 230. I'm about 210 right now, so 20 more pounds, I hope to get there by February and then start a committed cut to 220 or so.

guess i need to be a new pair of jeans after all!
 
Do not worry about what you friends have to say. Remember it is your body and you have to be happy with yourself. You still have plenty of time until February to add the extra 20 pounds so if done correctly most of the weight should be lean muscle. Sometimes the best time to add lean muscle is directly after a cutting cycle. If anyone has different theories on this please post.
