jiggagold New member Mar 21, 2012 #11 i use a pvc pipe, and tape it up to prevent slippage, I use a lacross ball on the calves, glutes, hammy, shoulder/pec/lat areas u should trying foam rolling on a medicine ball, u can change up the motion, and attack certain areas better
